Returns of online orders

Approve the return, get the parcel back, then check what came.

Steps5

  1. Open Returns.
  2. Tap Return requests.
  3. Tap Raise a return, or open one waiting.
  4. Tap Approve, then Arrange pickup.
  5. When it comes, tap Check it in.

  • Stock and money change only after you check the parcel.
